I bought a foreclosed house that they had left the water on. All the pipes, and toilets were burst. I contacted a local plumber to replumb the entire house. He said he'd be right on it. 3 weeks later, he still hadn't started. They told me they were busy fixing air conditioning because it was hot out. I was given Pat's name and called him up. He was out right away to take a look and give me an estimate. The finished the entire house, under budget and on time. Great guy to work with

I ended up with a drain backing up in my basement leaving me with a lot of standing water. I gave Pat a call and he was able to come out and take care of the stoppages incredibly quickly. While he took care of business, Pat made it a point to give me tips for not only preventative maintenance, but also gave me low cost ways to take care of it myself in the future. Everything about my interaction was impeccable and pleasant, I will definitely use these guys again in the future.

Pat got back to me immediately and fixed our overflowing toilet issue the same afternoon at the most reasonable price. I dreaded calling a plumber and am so happy I did. Pat made it quick and painless. Best experience EVER!

I had 3 small plumbing problems (but they were a big headache to me). Above Average Plumbing came out and took care of all 3 problems in less than a half hour. They were super friendly, efficient and told me that they would do their best to fix one of the problems rather than replace the part. They also do remodels, so I will definitely be calling them when we decide to do our bathroom. I love supporting local business, plus they're right in the neighborhood!

Had Pat come out to make sure plumbing was ok and to check a possible leak. He was early to the appt., checked the house out and advised nothing was wrong. Didn't charge me anything, not even for his time. He was wonderful. Will recommend him to anyone!!!!

What an excellent plumber. He showed up 10 minutes early. He was able to install the toilet in 1 hour. He was friendly and provided great service. No overcharging for product or service. We will be using them again.

Absolutely the best. I had a plumbing emergency at 8pm one night, I was able to call and talk to a real person (unlike the automated answering services). I spoke with someone who cared and was able to discuss the issue. I got a rough estimate to diagnose the issue and they were able to come out first thing the next morning. The technician Patrick, was professional, courteous, and very caring. He properly diagnosed the problem and gave me a competitive estimate for the repair. He called and texted me to see if everything was okay and really seemed to care. I felt like I was talking with a friend the entire time. I would absolutely recommend Above Average Plumbing and will definitely call them again should I ever have another issue. They went the extra mile and I appreciate all the help!

The best plumbers in Washington. Spokane got lucky cause Mike and Steve are truely one of a kind. Advice, knowledge, expertise. They have it all. They will not b.s. You on price or what you need done. They helped me with a complete a bathroom that was only a half bath. Gave me the best price in town. Early to the appointment, I could call them if I need help, they were on top of it. Seriously, don't think about anyone else for your plumbing needs. Call them!
